4. Technical General
Technical General includes aerodynamics, forces acting on an aircraft, stability, aircraft structures, systems (fuel, electrical, hydraulics, environmental, avionics), electrical piston and turbine engines and propellers.

5. Technical Specific (Aircraft Type Specific)
