The Boy Who Refused to Let a Small Town Limit His Big Sky:
Labeeb’s Unstoppable Journey
There are dreams… and then there are “only chances.”
Labeeb came from a simple, middle-class family in a small town in Kerala. For him, becoming a pilot was not easy. His family couldn’t easily afford such an expensive dream. But he decided he will make it happen.When he joined PTI Indore, he didn’t come just to study. He came to change his family’s future. Labeeb was one of the most sincere students. He had 95%+ attendance, studied regularly, and always gave his best. Because of his hard work, he became one of the strongest students in the class and kept pushing himself every single day.
But just before his final DGCA exams, something unexpected happened. Labeeb got typhoid. At the most important time, when he had to score 90%+ to win the 100% scholarship, his health didn’t support him. Because of this, he could not score above 90% in those exams.And because of just those few marks, he missed the full 100% flying scholarship.But this is where his real strength showed.
Even after being sick, he still performed brilliantly, became the batch topper, and secured a ₹25 Lakh scholarship. Because of his consistent hard work and PTI’s Guaranteed Scholarship Program, his efforts did not go to waste.Today, Labeeb is training at a flying school in South Africa. He is finally living his dream of becoming a pilot, and most importantly, he has reduced a huge financial burden from his family
