Information We Collect
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound
by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our
services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. By registering, you confirm
that you meet this age requirement.
3. Course Enrollment and Payment
● Enrollment: Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by PTI. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
● Fees: All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.Fees are subject to change, and the current fees will be displayed on our website. 18% GST EXTRA WILL BE APPLICABLE ON THE FEES SHOWN IN BROCHURE. (Fees in the brochure is non inclusive of GST)
● Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, cheque or other methods as specified on our website. Cash payments are not accepted. 3% extra charge on credit card payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
● Student Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing. Any fee paid to PTI is strictly non refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
● PTI Cancellations: PTI reserves the right to cancel any course up to 21 days prior to the commencement date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in a subsequent course within a twelve-month period.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials provided are the property of PTI and are protected by copyright
laws. You are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for personal
study purposes only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form
of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result
in dismissal from the course without refund.
7. Attendance and Participation
Full attendance is required for all scheduled classes and training sessions. Failure to
attend may result in not meeting the course requirements and could affect your
certification.
8. Health and Safety Requirements
Students must meet specific health and safety requirements to participate in flight training. This includes, but is not limited to, holding a valid medical certificate and adhering to all safety protocols established by PTI.
9. Limitation of Liability
PTI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in which the claim arose.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Changes to Terms
PTI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
13. Exclusion of Special Programs from General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions do not govern or include the details of any special or exclusive programs offered by PTI, including but not limited to the Scholarship Program, Pass Guarantee Program, or any other similar initiatives. At the time of admission, depending on the specific program in which you enroll, you will be provided with the applicable terms and conditions relevant to that program. These will be explained to you in detail, and you will be required to sign and submit a copy of those program-specific terms and conditions to PTI for acknowledgment and record-keeping purposes.
